Akvantis is the companion app for owners of Akvantis smart devices. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and your rights.
In short: we collect only what the app needs to work. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not track you across apps, and we do not sell it to third parties.
What we collect
- Account. Your email address — to sign you in with a one-time code.
- Identifiers. A push-notification token and your user ID — to deliver alerts and keep your session.
- Your device data. Operational readings from the Akvantis device(s) linked to your account (water quality, pressure, flow, filter life, etc.).
- Profile photo. Optional — only if you set one.
We do not collect location, health, financial data or contacts, and we do not use advertising identifiers.
How we use it
Solely to operate the app: to authenticate you, show your device status, send alerts and service reminders, and provide support.
We do not use data for advertising or cross-app tracking, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their purposes.
Retention
Account and device data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).
Security
Sign-in uses a one-time email code; sessions use rotating tokens. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
